Forest Bathing/Drummond Woods

Where: Mason, WI

Forest and Trails: Drummond Woods Trail, and more

About: The theme for this retreat is learning about the benefits of Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese art, and the science of forest bathing. Daily sessions of Spring-Forest Qi-gong and earthing/grounding will be done in the woods. The Drummonds Wood Trail is less than a mile loop located in a Northern hardwood forest. We will then head to Cable for lunch at one of the unique restaurants, visit a couple of shops and head back to our cabin in Mason to do more ceremonies, preparing your own custom tree oil roll-on, your personal intuitive energy healing session,  pine tea circle time preparing dinner and ending with a fire ceremony.

Sunday we will be enjoying a fire on the porch to learn about grounding/earthing after doing our Spring Forest QiChong session and breakfast.  We will do barefoot earthing on the grass and possibly in the stream. We will then explore the many trails on the property on our own or you may lay on a blanket on the grass and nap before our closing ceremony.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages are provided by me. You will have a choice of healthy, organic meals offering vegan and gluten-free options.
