Bring a backpack
Bring a refillable water bottle. I will supply spring water for refills (Let's eliminate plastic)
Wear hiking shoes or athletic shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
If you have a hiking stick please bring it! I will have a few extra.
Bring layers of clothing. I will touch base with everyone in regards to the weather. We will still do hikes and waterfalls in light rain. Other activities will be planned if we happen to have storms. If outdoor activities are canceled you will be able to come to the next event, outdoor only, for free. You would need to drive and find your own meals and lodging.
If you prefer your own extra snacks you may pack these just for yourself. I will provide all meals and snacks and you will just need to pay for your own Saturday evening meal which will be at a local restaurant.
I will provide blankets for circle times and picnics but you may bring your favorite one if you wish.
I will provide organic decaf coffee and tea along with juices. No alcohol is allowed as this is a healing retreat, but you may bring other beverages if you have a preference over what I will serve.
Your comfort is my highest concern. Frequent bathroom breaks, down/rest time to integrate the different activities, and keeping the walks at beginner to intermediate level will help your experience be relaxing and comfortable.
During gathering circle time we will have a talking baton so each guest has time to share if they wish. A Tibetan bowl will not only ring when time is up to move to the next person, but I will sound it at the beginning of each new activity, ie: breakfast, alone time to journal, etc.
Extras just for you
Each guest will get a new journal as a gift.
Each guest will have a choice of a short energy healing session or an intuitive message from their guide sometime during their stay.
With every retreat, you will get 10 points each worth a dollar to be used on either your next retreat, a personal session to be used at a later date, or your choice of products sold on my webpage.
Would you like options of lowering your rate for the retreat?
Be the first to offer to carpool 3 other guests to our destination each day.
Bring a friend and you get $20 off (You may split this so each of you gets $10 off)
If there's a choice between having your own bed or sharing with your friend, sister, mom, etc you both would get a discount for sharing space. Some guest stays won't have this option.
Early sign up with partial payment receives a discount. These groups are kept small of up to 8 women, but I still need to book and reserve space for all of us and it's helpful to know ahead of time that we have enough people.
Each Retreat will have a different price point based on the stay and activities provided. The cost will be located on each separate retreat description.
